Erik Cadée, a 25-year old discus thrower from Netherlands is full of confidence and is hoping to make a breakthrough in 2010.
Erik has been working pretty much on his technique. He has modified the beginning of the throw and it feels really good. Erik says that strength in the upper-body is almost at the same level as last year. Strength in legs is a bit less than previous year due to an "inflated appendix" surgery in the beginning of September. Erik has no injuries and feels good.
